Terms of Service
PAYMENT: Full price for anything below $50 upfront. Anything greater than $50 will be 50% upfront, 50% after sketch is confirmed. A watermark shall be removed once payment is complete.
REVISIONS: 2 free revisions included during sketch phase. Additional revisions will cost $5 each.
TIMELINE: Once Commission has been accepted (2/3 days potentially less) Artist will keep you updated during each phase for any necessary changes.
USAGE RIGHTS: Commissions are for personal use only! (e.g., Icons, Gifts) All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may not sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so.
NO REFUNDS: Once work has started, refunds are not available unless I cannot complete the project.
RIGHT: As the artist, I have the right to decline any request if I feel it's too much and/or makes me uncomfortable.
